- Participation in the tournament is permitted only for NKTA registered members, while non-NKTA members are not allowed to Participate.
- All Matches will be played on a Knockout basis.
- One player can participate in three events.
- On Friday 24th Jan 2025 all Categories Singles matches will be played.
- On Saturday 25th Jan 2025 all Categories Doubles matches will be played.
- Any queries/disputes or concerns during matches, referees' decisions, and the NKTA Committee's decisions will be final.
- After the draws are published, players must be present at the designated court at least one hour before the scheduled time of the match.
- Organisers reserve the right to demand the age-proof documents on a need basis.
